How to Get Started 

Typical projects include weatherization, air sealing, installing electric appliances, and heat pump systems. 

1. Apply – Fill out the Installer Interest Form
2. Meet – Review requirements with your account manager (CSLB license, W-9, insurance)
3. Onboard – Complete paperwork and training
4. Get to work – Install upgrades with ongoing support and mentoring
