The Southern California Equitable Building Decarbonization (EBD) Program connects qualified Home Energy Assessors with pre-approved, publicly funded projects that provide no-cost home upgrades to qualified residents.
As an Assessor, you focus on delivering high-quality audits. Responsibilities include conducting assessments using approved tools, educating participants on findings, uploading results to the tracking system, and more.
The Assessor must have completed a state-approved certification program such as AEE, BPI, ASHRAE, CHEERS, CalCERTS, RESNET.
